Rhapidophyllum

Rhapidophyllum is a monotypic genus with a single species: Rhapidophyllum hystrix, belonging to the palm family (Arecaceae).

Distribution and habitat

The genus is widespread in the forest, where he likes the wet or flooded. It is located in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi and Florida.

Description
